Refunds and Exchanges

You can return any sauce bought on our website within 30 days of purchase for any reason. We are proud of the products we make and we stand behind them. If we fall short for any reason, we'll take it back.

Please provide your order number and reason for the refund or exchange request.

Processing

We will refund your original method of payment or issue store credit, your choice. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution. We do not issue refunds for shipping expenses.
